The club runs a weekly training session on Saturday Mornings from 8.30 at the Waterford Boat Ramp. This is a good opportunity to come and try kayaking. New paddlers are most welcome. Equipment is available and the session costs $10 please call Mark on 0410500148 to arrange an initial paddle.

Go Daniel and he did to win the Mens Open Tk1 Australian Marathon Championships

Daniel Shulte Loh well on his way to winning the 2012 Australian Mens Open Tk1 Kayak championships.  Daniel completed the 21km course in a time of 1 hour 59 minutes.   Daniel is the second GLCC paddler to win this prime event in successive years .  John Donkersloot (the club patriarch) finished 4th in the v60 tk1 and Mark Sanderson finished 2nd in the V50 tk1
